• Providing administrative support to Management regarding coordination of schedules and travel arrangements.
• Database management through ERP and document compilation.
• Carry out office-related tasks, including purchasing office supplies, maintaining sales materials, and updating electronic filing systems.
• Preparing presentations of timely reports and internal correspondences.
• Liaison with Vendors and oversee the contracts and their renewals.
• Taking Care of records of Employees by timely updation.
• Arrangement of Seminars & Workshops.
Recruitment:-
• Managing recruitment and selection for all Divisions, responsible for interviews for all levels of employees.
• Shortlisting resumes received through Employee Referral Schemes, Job Portals and References.
• Sourcing Candidates from portals like indeed.com, LinkedIn & through various HR Consultants.
• Salary Negotiations as per budget.
• Issuance of Offer Letters with Approval from G.M.
Induction:-
• Coordination with candidates prior to joining.
• Responsible for completion of Joining Formalities.
• Responsible for introducing the new joiner to HR & related Departments along with HODs.
• Co-ordination with HODs to work out Induction schedule for new recruits.
Exit Formalities:-
• Responsible for completion of Exit Formalities such as Clearance, Handover of work, Exit Interview report, coordination of visa cancelation etc.
• Coordination with Finance Dept. for Full & Final Settlement.
• Issuance of Experience and relieving letters.
• Imparting training to Customer Care Executives for handling customers.
• Grooming tele-callers (both Inbound and Outbound) on basics of Soft skills.
• Monitoring performance of the executives by auditing the calls made or received
by them.
• Conducting tests for these executives on monthly basis.
• Making development plans for them.
• Making reports on the performance of these executives.
• Managed responsibility as acting Manager on the floor in the absence of floor manager
• Working with the delegation for the selection process of Medical division.
• Conducting the written tests and coordinating the interviews with the
delegations.
• Short-listing the Candidates as per the requirements.
• Grade wise selection of the candidates as per the requirements.
• Coordination with the various agencies.
• Making the departure details of the candidates going abroad.
