partners, approved suppliers, and their consultants 2. Entering emerging market countries, across GCC and Middle East.

other functions within team - Operations, Marketing and Supply chain, ensuring
delivery of targeted business objectives.

7. Construction projects management & design support to Franchisee teams /Consultant.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. More than 100 new openings.
2. More than 150 remodels.
3. Manage Forming and maintaining 12 months development pipeline and interacting with
other functions - Operations, Marketing and Supply chain, ensuring delivery of targeted
business objectives.
4. Implementation of Corporate standards, procedures, and policies.
5.Directed Market mapping, Site selection, site evaluation, and feasibility study and sites
approval.
6. Construction projects management & design support to Franchisee teams /Consultant.
7. Review/approval of new outlets concept design with layouts and brand elevations.
8.Preparing work schedule and time frame for each project to meet with the brand growth
yearly plan.

• Preparing weekly update for the development manager and reporting any critical problems which could affect the budget or lifetime with proposed solution.
•Ensure all the materials on site meet with SPECS and the specified quality.
•Monitor the assigned projects and track the progress of work as per the work time schedule.
•Review the executed work to be done according the approved design and following the industry standards.
•Managing the site activities whenever is required to accelerate the work progress.
•Providing daily progress update to reporting manager.
•Co-ordination with Operation and project team for any new opening support.
•Preparation of Equipment status Report.
•Managing All Maintenance activity
equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure
•Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
•Produce written reports and make presentations
•Undertake continuous training and development
•Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
