SN1 in AL-Hussein Cancer Center in jordan, in BMT unit ( bone marow transplant) in which we transplanting stem cell for pateints have ( ALL, AML, CML, THALASEMIA, HD, NHD, MULTIPLE MYLOMA, MULTIPLE FIBROSIS, ), dealing with complication of transplantation, and gave chemotherapy, AL- hussein Cancer Center is the only specialized cancer center in Jordan (amman), it's JCIA Accredited center and Disease Specific Center contains more than 150 beds, the BMT Floor contain 10 rooms, and the ratio was 1:2, I worked as an incharge nurse and staff nurse according to assignment (full time), supervised 4 nurses during day shift or night shift as charge nurse.

-Duties and Resposibilies:

Dealing with adult and pediatrics cancer patients both genders, giving chemotherapy, blood and blood products transfusion, applying procedures like, lumber puncture, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy and dealing with drop-in patients especially neutropenics.

-Dealing with BMT complications; Acute grant versus host disease (Acute GVHD)
