During my shift from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Mumbai, India, I was offered a position in Ernst and Young Mumbai in the Valuation Team where I was put in assignments relating to providing valuation of public listed companies (where methodologies of Comparable Companies Method, Market Price &DCF were applied) and for private companies (where only DCF is apprepriate).

I was involved in providing professional services relating to engagements that required us to provide Feasibility Studies, Business Valuation, Due Diligence and other related professional services for Ernst and Young under Partners Leslie Willard and Maher Zurikat.

My role was mainly related in preparing financial and valuation models on microsoft excel and then after receiving comfort from the client over the financial results, it was my responsibility to prepare reports while providing all the assumptions considered, financial results based on the assumptions and sensitivity analysis under different scenarios.
