It analyzed the criticality of Cost estimation and Scheduling with respect to the successful completion of a project, meanwhile giving due credits to the execution phase which actually transformed all the planning into action. It has also thrown some light on the third constraint of scope.

Where as final year minors where Environmental Engineering, Design of Reinforced and Pre-stressed concrete, Irrigation and water resource engineering and Construction Management. My final year project was based on using Char waste (i.e. by product of sponge iron factory) as an aggregate as a substitute for naturally available rock in construction of road. The same was tested for physical and chemical parameters and then utilized in road construction for 1 km stretch in high density traffic movement road in mining area in Goa, India
