Technical Responsibilities and Accomplishments
•Mechanical Design and Preparation of Technical specifications, Technical datasheets, Material requisition/ RFQ, Technical clarification, and Technical bid evaluation of equipment based on Project design basis, Client specifications and Best practices.
•Scope of work preparation for Design and Construction.
•Liasoning and coordinating with internal and external agencies, including Workshare with abroad offices
•Ensure all work complies with relevant statutory requirements, Safety in Design, and Company’s Quality system.
•Site visits to collect project specific information and see the progress of the project as per design; and support project through construction and commissioning phases
•Preparation of Safety Instruction Sheet (SIS) for Static equipment and Material handling equipment
•Supervise a team of engineers and designers
•Participation in HAZOP and equipment model reviews
•Team organization, progress review and problem resolution.
•Engineering deliverables progress reporting and tracking for team
•Technical support for installation and commissioning
•Mentoring young engineers with prime focus on Saudization, on technical, communication and leadership development.
•Ensuring quality for the deliverables / work done by the team
•Managing cost and schedule for the assigned activities; and presenting Value plus ideas resulting in project cost savings
•Support project / proposal activities, with manhour estimates, risk identifications, and clarification queries.
•Perform Corrective and Preventive actions, through Lesson Learnt implementation and conformance.
Scope/Description: Build new sales gas pipeline in Abqaiq, AinDar, Shedgum, Uthmaniyah, Hawiyah, Haradh.
Responsibilities: Detail Design Engineering of Corrosion Inhibitor Injection Package skids, and Static Mixers
•South Ghawar Transmission Pipelines and UR-wells Tie-in Project
Scope/Description: Build new gas pipelines from 34 wells in South Ghawar.
Responsibilities: Detail Design Engineering of Corrosion Inhibitor Injection Package skids; Mono-Ethylene-Glycol Injection skids, Gas Modular Package skids, Burn Pits, Jib Cranes
•Jubail Rastanura Pipelines Project
Scope/Description: This is a prestigious project for supplying clean fuels in the kingdom to the western region, for production of ULSD through SASREF/ SATORP and distribution through Berri BRT-5 (SA Pipelines)
Responsibilities: Detail Design Engineering of Collection Vessels, Scraper traps, CDS Pumps, Booster Pumps and Shipper Pumps
•Storage Tank Modification Project, for roof conversion
Scope/Description & Responsibilities: at Yanbu for 17 nos field erected tanks for Hydrocarbon service. Tank diameter ranged from 20 to 77 meter, with maximum height 16 meter per API 650 Appendix F/H/G. Worked on ARAMCO detail design Greenfield project as
Scope/Description & Responsibilities: for Tanajib air base (Saudi Aramco), for installation of API 650 tanks for Aviation fuel (Jet A1). Other equipment deliverables include Material handling Overhead cranes of 5 tons and 10 tons capacity for their new Maintenance hangar building (designed for 5 hangars).

Scope/Description & Responsibilities In-kind replacement of existing 20 numbers CS Pressure vessels (Production traps- LPPT/ HPPT, Dehydrators and Desalter) with HIC resistant vessels at South Ghawar.
•Gas Compression Facilities at PS-3 Stabilizer
Scope/Description & Responsibilities: Installation of API 620 Chemical storage and blending tanks and its associated package equipment for NALCO brownfield project at Dammam Industrial City - II. Equipment deliverables includes Bulk Storage tanks, Blender tanks, Agitators, Scrubber system, Hot water system, Shared Solids Handling system, Filtration system. Storage tanks designed per API 620 with mounted agitators and bottom heating coils, with selection of Pressure Safety valves.

Scope/Description & Responsibilities Detail Design Engineering for for Well Production and Gas Gathering System network, involving coordination with all disciplines and client for Vendor document review/ approval of all Engineering deliverables, including concessions/ technical queries for resolution of manufacturing and fabrication activities at BP Khazan, Oman

Scope/Description & Responsibilities Feasibility study, estimate preparation, Datasheets, Technical Specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical Clarifications, Technical Bid evaluations and NMRs, including Projects for FEED Train 2 Debottlenecking EEP Project that includes Column Internals modifications, Heat exchangers (Shell & Tube type and Air Cooled types), API 610 pumps (BB3, OH2, OH6) and API 675 pumps, Utility Packages and Feed Injectors
