Achievements

 Managed the full cycle of project development for the iconic 'Dubai Cruise Terminal', including budget preparation, design development, authority approvals, tender & procurement processes, preparing contract, and project delivery.
 Managed the delivery of City walk development and main contractor's final account negotiation and achieved settlement and close out in line with approved budget.
 Managed and delivered the 1st un-manned police station (Smart Police Station - SPS at City Walk) - a Guinness awarded project.
 Managed the pre-operation business planning for the world’s largest observation wheel (Ain Dubai).
