HR Recruiter & Admin:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and On boarding - (in house/project based/outsource hiring): Full cycle recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing candidates in outsource contract and permanent positions.
• Recruitment: IT and Non IT professionals for outsourcing to Govt. clients.
• Requirements worked: IT requirements of Software-Hardware and middleware infrastructure based on Vmware, Redhat, HP, Dell, Apple, Oracle, Java etc,
• Hiring Methods: Expertise in hiring through social and job portals like Naukrigulf.com, bayt.com, Monster.com, linked-in, etc.
• HR Administration:
• Salary Administration and Attendance management/Leave management:
• Administers Visa processing, security clearance and medical insurance programs by advising employees as per UAE Labor Laws.
• Coordinate with accounts team, for Reimbursement, Incentives & Overtime payments it in a clear & timely manner. Calculating and processing payments for temp staff.
• Attendance and leave reporting on HR systems and Co-ordinate with Payroll team for the same.
• Preparation of appointment letters, Circulars, NOC, Warning, Promotion, Termination, salary certificates etc. as per business requirements.
o HR Business analytics:
• Provide HR plans and suggestions to policy enhancements in all the areas. Maintains HR records. Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, maintaining Employee data and HR systems.
• Develop and produce HR operational reports and provide ad hoc data/MIS to HR units to ensure accurate information is available/provided and data/MIS needs are met.
• Partner with the business to understand customer operations, workflow best practices and address any manpower planning related issues (for example: Hiring, HR policies for new projects)
• Monitor and hire as per Manpower planning against the approved budget
• Responsible for recruiting and maintaining good relationship with vendors, clients and existing candidates of the organization.
• Worked on various technical requirements. Conducting primary sourcing and requirement specific technical screening. Few Job Orders worked on: JAVA, C++, .NET, ORACLE, CRM, SQL, PL/SQL, SharePoint, Network Engineer, Software engineer. Etc. And also NON IT requirements like Project managers, Business analyst, Talent acquisition role, Marketing analyst and manager, financial analyst etc.
• Thorough knowledge of contracting terms of W2, Corp to Corp and 1099.
• Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC and CITIZEN, etc.
• Trained the new employees on the US recruitment process, geography, time zone, contracting terms.
• Making end client submission after scrutinizing the profile sent by various other recruiters, communicating/ convincing them for strong profiles that are sent out via our organization.
• Acting as a Client Coordinator for other team mates for Coordinating/following up for interviews, discussions on Job roles and feedback on profiles
• Communicate with managers regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
• Assigned the tasks of utilizing on-line database, candidate referrals, internet and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Performed recruitment tasks by applying the policies, rules and procedures of the organization.
• Handling HR administrative role like record keeping and maintaining attendance, making contracts and offer letter.
