Responsibilities:
• Checking products on production lines batch by batch making sure that the products meet the quality standers.
• Accountable for releasing finished products by checking their packaging, labeling and quantities.
• Responsible for the waste calculations and their records, with investigation regarding any high waste value.
• Help investigate all clients’ claims, by understanding the claim, the reasons of the defect if there are any non-conform products, with corrective and\or preventive actions suggestions, making sure to apply them, and making the proper reports and documentations.

• Help with the external audit by meeting the auditor, answering his inquiries and show him any evidences necessary.
• Study the external audit report, and applying any corrective and\or preventive actions if necessary.
• Test the raw materials and keep records for their tests, and report any non-confirm raw materials.
