Project Description: A world-class Healthcare facility for children and young adults with long-term care and complex medical needs and developmental challenges.
The building provides an approximate gross floor area of 25, 000 m² over two floors, divided into an Inpatient Area with 96 beds and service blocks for outpatient clinics, early intervention, respite care and its autism program, Sensory Rooms, Gait Lab — each with their own internal streets, lanes, internal courtyards and gardens. Community-oriented services such as schooling and therapy are also available.

Project Description: Madinat Al Mawater will be the main destination in Qatar for all services related to the sale, purchase, and maintenance of cars and vehicles, the project includes 125 car showrooms with a total area of 75, 000 sqm, 352 residential apartments, 20 commercial shops and workshops and all related infrastructure services on a plot area of 1.15 million sqm.
From Sep. 2014 till May 2016: Health and Wellness Care Center, Umm Salal, Qatar.

Project Description: Classified as an A-class health center, the facility provides the usual services and several additional services such as a gym, multi-depth swimming pool, massage, and sauna. Other services include preventive and curative services such as vaccination, mental health services, cancer screening, physiotherapy, dermatology, ENT, family medicine clinics, clinic of non-communicable diseases, baby clinics, dental and ophthalmology clinics. The health center also provides laboratory services, pharmacy, radiology, premarital services, home care services, and others.
The project lays on 50, 000 sqm with a separate Mosque, Swimming Pool building, and all related infrastructure and external works.
