• Performed the test based on ASHREA and SRCC procedure and measured the energy efficiency of the solar collector.

• Developed software for the numerical design of centrifugal fans (backward, forward). Job performed with Visual basic and Excel.
• Developed software to analyze and help to design the pneumatic conveying systems.
• Studied and worked on the energy consumption reduction of the plant.
• Designed and analyzed Hydro-Cyclone for separation of materials.

• Worked with France (headquarter of Inergy company) to setup a new plastic fuel tank production factory in Iran.
• Followed the project progress and coordinate technical specifications.
• Technical support for plastic machinery that produces plastic fuel tank in Tehran, Iran.

• In charge of sixty different kinds of plastic machinery (Injection from 100 ton to 3000 ton clamping force, Blow moulding and extrusion).
• Enforcing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), TPM, CBM (Condition Based Maintenance).
• Troubleshooting for repair in hydraulic and electronic equipments.
• Managed twenty nine technicians and four supervisors from different sections including electrical, mechanical, tooling and utilities.
• Supervised the company laboratory. Working with ASTM, ISO and DIN standards.
• Supervised personnel in preparing system and quality assurance documentations, such as Survey Plan, FMEA, OPC, FOC, PPAP….

• Taught courses in the fluid mechanics at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Taught Instrumentation for fluid dynamics at graduate levels

• Installing and commission a new quality assurance system consisting of generic sensor technology and online analysis at control. This project is in collaboration with CRC (Cooperate Research Center) for IMST. Performing computing, interfacing, optics, electronics and mechanical engineering.

• Made miniature hot wire to study the stability of a jet in a natural and forced mode.
• Research was done on the receptivity of an axisymmetric jet.
• Studied amplitude and phase response of a jet experimentally and numerically.
Research was funded by Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR).

• Prepared the experimental set up.
• Made electronic apparatus necessary for forcing the flow field to desired parameters.
• Experienced the use of piezoelectric film.
• Constructed the magnetic ribbon set up from blue print for the experiment.
• Made flow visualization by smoke wire.
• Performed cross wire and single hot wire measurement to study the linear and nonlinear stability (resonance interaction for different modes of forcing, varicose and sinuous) of the far wake of a bluff body.
• Performing numerical analysis by writing the necessary codes in C++ and FORTRAN for comparison to experimental result.
