Currently responsible for managing the UAE accounts which includes acquisitions, account growth, ongoing relationships, client satisfaction and overall engagement. Focusing and catering all segments of the market with related to Courier Express, Freight - Air, Sea and Road to GCC and Levant Countries. Loading business from Domestic and International market, Local & International Relocation Movements and Warehousing Facilities. Creating and targeting the untapped segments of the market through Marketing Campaigns. Ensuring consistent growth of quality revenue through the development of potential customers and the implementation of sales strategies in the U.A.E

Currently I’m supervising the Dubai Mall store, a fast-paced, dynamic store with diverse customers from different cultures around the globe that helped me achieve my potential, and ultimately enhanced my skills.
Job Responsibilities:
I'm responsible for managing a retail staff within a store, Co-ordinates the delivery of goods to store, setting up displays, and assisting customer and staff during business hours,
As a Supervisor I complete my own daily work while maintaining open ear for sales team
I'm also responsible for developing / executing sales strategy to reach targets,
Ensuring merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed,
Ensuring All inventory are in stock,
Ensuring promotions are accurate and merchandised to the standards,
Ensuring Prices are correct,
Acting as a liaison between team and senior management
Handling paperwork
Making purchase order
Handling complaints from both staff and customers,
Sainsbury’s Plc is the UK’s 3rd largest chain of Departmental store; Working at Sainsbury’s been a challenge for me, making a store run efficiently and effectively takes teamwork.
As a Sainsbury’s Team leader I was one of the proud employees in that process, Responsible for high turnover area of the store - also received an award for exceeding sales target of my department by 10% and performing 100% in Mystery Customer Measures (MCM) and Mystery Availability Check (MAC).
