Preparation of operational manual - SOPs, LSOP, DMS, O & M Manuals, Planned Maintenance Programs, Budgets - Evaluation BOQs, HOS & E, FF & E, OS & E. - Lead department’s functions for the resort such as daily engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care, vast landscape and parking areas. - Developed and implemented cost reduction, work simplification methods and techniques and improvement programs - Made work-schedules, orders, application, instruction, explanatory notes, drawings, maps, schemes other technical documentation, and reports by approved forms and terms. - Maintained requisitions/orders pertain to maintenance of equipment, materials and supplies. - Lead the execution of several new projects including planning and costing. - Lead fire and safety policies and procedure for the hotel, Carried out fire brigade duties as per requirement - Initiated energy and water conservation plans, as per Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC) - Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations - Meet vendors and suppliers to discuss scope of, and products and materials used in, repair activities.

Participated in the project progress M & E, pre-opening, migration and post operations DLP supervision and management of systems integration of the Banana Island Resort Doha. - Project scoping, formulation, proposal, execution, appraisal and closing. - Ensuring buildings compliance with Corporate and Regulatory Requirements, Audits and Inspections.
- Installed and operate 3 nos. of R.O. ‘reverse osmosis’ plant, producing 1500 cubic meter of portable water per day from sea water;
- Maintains power generation plant & it’s network consists of 8 ‘Cummins’ Diesel Generators, of them each produce 2000KVA, 4 Step-up transformers and 11 step-down TX (substations) and a vast network of MDBs & DBs;
- Installed & operate 2 nos. of TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent) / Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), treating 1000 cubic meters of sewage per day i.e. used for daily irrigation purpose; - Banana Island Resort has 2 nos. of boilers, each developing automated steam of 1023 kg, to supply heat for buildings and laundry processes;
- Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be used from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements;
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. Plans documentation system;
- Selects, develops, trains and supervises staff;
- Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones;
- Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expenditures;
- Approves and submits proposals considered feasible to management for consideration and allocation of funds or allocates funds from the department budget;
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records of expenditures and operational findings, progress reports, and staff conferences to inform management of current status of each project;
- Directs the review of production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division;
- Directs preparation of accounting records for budgetary, production efficiency or other such purposes.
- Recommends budgets to management, including staff use, technology, facility and equipment requirements or improvements;
- Negotiates contracts with consulting firms to perform research or other applicable studies or support; - Takes rapid action on daily reactive works as received via various means e.g. Client, helpdesk; - Ensures compliance with Health and Safety requirements and to assist in any training of the team; - Assisting with the monitoring and supervision on daily basis, of sub-contractors or any other staff as directed by the contract manager, which include assisting with the processing and completion of any relevant reports and permits; - Inspects BMS & Fire Alarm fault logs and take necessary actions; - Act as system admin for all ELV system workstations; maintain history records, logs, user lists, passwords, backups; - Monitor and coordinate with installation & commissioning team, subcontractors for daily activities and work performance to meet the deadlines; -

Responsible for designing electrical installations to Kahramaa standards;
Design electrical systems such as distribution panels, control panels & lighting protection systems;
Provide technical information and drawings to the MEP Engineer, Site Supervisors, Certified Electricians and Electricians ensuring proper understanding of initial drawings;
Prepare electrical Bill of Quantities for each new installation and ensure that all bills are within the budget;
Prepare cost estimates (inclusive of expected labor allowances) for costing/planning purposes;
Advise on expected installation timeframes and labour requirements for each electrical installation toproperly set expectations of Managers and Client;
To install, inspect, and repair lighting, switches, receptacles, generators, power distribution and circuit breaker panels;
Maintain facility maps for all existing and new components of the electric distribution systems;
Responsible for testing, sampling, inspecting, record keeping and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations/policies;
Perform quality testing in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure the safe operation of electrical distribution and power generation systems;
To inspect, test and repair electrical distribution equipment and power generators to ensure that all equipments are working properly and up to standards;

Under the supervision of Sr. Electrical Engineer I am taking care of maintenance of HT/LT power supply system includes VCB & ACB Breakers, 2000KVA Transformers, 1000KVA & 250KVA DG sets & panel boards, fire alarm and fire fighting system;
Attending breakdown maintenance service of generator, motors and industrial control equipments;
Maintain complete records of power consumption, industrial control equipments & earth pit checking and lighting protection system on quarterly basis;
HV & LV Cable laying, gladding, testing and commissioning of power supply for new plants
Installation of HT/LT switchgear of different ratings;
Conduits & Cable Trays Installation for CCTV, P.A. system, emergency central batteries system, fire alarm system (operations), SMATV system and Telephone system;
Executing the city’s main grid station and constantly checks for the faults in the transformer chain through different relays connected to its destination parts;
Checks if the main supply transformer is overloaded, if it is, then the load is transferred to another (standby) transformer;
Also worked on circuit breakers;
checks and analyzes the load on different feeders;
Adapted high standard of safety and quality assurance;

Prepare routine studies, designs, drawings, sketches, and plans using AutoCAD and other software tools;
Conduct field inspections of existing structures, construction sites and projects;
Prepare reports, contract specifications, lists of materials, cost estimates, schedules, and progress payments;
