• Investigate, validate and follow up supplier complaints and make sure that it doesnt affect
supply chain
• Evaluate suppliers performance and take necessary actions to enhance supply chain
efficiency

• Lead technical studies for developing new products from concept through to
commercialization in correspondence with business development plan to open new markets
• Work closely with third party agencies (UL, BV, SGS … etc.) to obtain or renew approvals
for new and/or current products
• Gathering feedback from different departments to identify inputs and implement design
improvements (functionality, cost and design for manufacture)
• Issue, implement and follow up trials required for developing new products or enhancing
current ones
• Communicate development outcome to design dept. colleagues
• Effectively investigating & researching about new projects to provide the best available
reference

• As a design team leader; Ive to study the specification of each inquiry to verify customer
design inputs in order to prepare a suitable design of different types of cables and wires
• Ensuring design compatibility with the most considerable international standards (IEC, BSI,
EN, VDE, UL and HD standards)
• Preparing accurate bill of materials required for achieving the cable design which is used
mainly for preparing quotations for customers
• Preparing technical data sheets, technical offers and compliance statements.
• Preparing precise manufacturing specification for every single purchase order which is the
reference for cable production
• Providing technical support internally for the sales, purchasing and production
departments and externally for customers clarifications

• Responsible for increasing the productivity of the production lines through implementing
required production plans as needed
• Responsible for reducing the raw material wastes, cables scrap and cables redo
• Ensuring that the cables are produced on time and meet quality standards
• Liaising among different departments dealing with Production such as Planning, Quality,
Technical …etc
• Attend new production lines commissioning and train its crew to run it properly and
effectively
• Performing new material or cable trial and provide the concerning departments with the
results
• Coaching production team in my production area
• Reviewing technicians performance

• Responsible for achieving production rates of the plastic and foam drawing lines that helps
to achieve rates of thermo-forming machines according to production plans.
• Enduring that the production process is cost effective.
• Monitoring the packages quality to meet required quality standards.
• Ensuring that every single order is produced on time to meet delivery dates.
• Liaising among different departments dealing with Production such as Planning, Quality,
and Sales …etc.
• Work with section head and production manager to achieve company vision and policy.
• Provide technical support to production team members to guarantee correct and smooth
production process.
