1- Responsible for a group of branches to manage to achieve the company’s goals.
2- Follow up opening and closing on the dates specified by the company.
3- Follow up the internal and external cleanliness of the branch, the cleanliness of products, price labels, and personal hygiene.
4- Following up making and receiving orders and following up how they are displayed on the shelves according to FIFO and planogram rules.
5- Prepare a monthly work plan and send it to the sales manager and branch managers.
6- Holding monthly meetings for branch managers to inform them of everything new.
7- Follow up and visit the branches 3 times a week for each branch and send reports to the sales manager.
8- Follow up the monthly target with the branches and work to achieve it through ideas and instructions directed by the company.
9- Conduct an evaluation of managers and branch assistants and follow up their attendance and
absence.
10- Studying market conditions and competitors to improve the company’s level.
11- Follow up on customer complaints and suggestions.
12- Teaching employees and managers how to serve customers to raise the level of the company.
13- Follow up the inventory and arrange its branches to make the inventory.
