• Prepare drawings to approve from the consultant.
• Order material required for the project.
• Studying the BOQ’s simultaneously with drawings and specifications in order to prepare the quantity take-off.
• Communicate with client and consultant on various issue of the project.
• Preparation of TQ, RFI & Martials submittal and Handling the Submissions and Approvals with the Consultants.
• Preparation of Material Inspections (MIR) and conducting the inspections in accordance with the Quality Standards.
Supervising the installation, testing and commissioning processes for the following works according to the manufacturer recommendations at the site like :
• Flooring (epoxy, vinyl, marble, and ceramic).
• walls (wooden, glass wall, gypsum and marble).
• ceilings ( aluminum and gypsum tiles, aluminum slices, gypsum and epoxy)
• Façade (marble, structural glassing and painting).
