It's a new experience for me doing that kind of guiding,
I'm responsible about an entire flight,
I fly nearly every week either to Norway or Denmark when I land in there I have to look after all passengers and take them back to sharm el shiekh, on board I give all the information that make the holiday more easy and comfortable for the customers, providing an excellent customer service, when we land back In Egypt, I take them to the hotels, next day I organize the info meeting for all the customers, providing them with all needed information regarding hotels and activities, sell excursions, answer questions Etc....
Also I guide the trips my self, either historical places or local places, and the end of their holiday, I fly with them back and get the new group.
So I do the file from A to Z.

Hobbies

  • Squash
    I used to watch that game without knowing any rules of it, till one day I've met an English/Egyptian gentellman who moved recently to Sharm and he is going to open his squash school, Immediately participated in, trained very hard, And I'm now participating in the local competitions in Sharm el sheikh .
  • Diving
    As I live in Sharm el sheikh , I've Done the open water course in 2008. Done over 100 dives, then I've completed my advanced open water course in 2012, done over 300 dives in total.
