It's a new experience for me doing that kind of guiding,
I'm responsible about an entire flight,
I fly nearly every week either to Norway or Denmark when I land in there I have to look after all passengers and take them back to sharm el shiekh, on board I give all the information that make the holiday more easy and comfortable for the customers, providing an excellent customer service, when we land back In Egypt, I take them to the hotels, next day I organize the info meeting for all the customers, providing them with all needed information regarding hotels and activities, sell excursions, answer questions Etc....
Also I guide the trips my self, either historical places or local places, and the end of their holiday, I fly with them back and get the new group.
So I do the file from A to Z.
• Responsible for achieving certain sales target from direct sales routes through the process of growing and developing existing clients.
• Ensure that the appropriate products are brought to the right place and at the proper time so as not to miss the sales target needed to achieve a business plan
• Developing & managing vast point of sales all over the world.
• Convincing customers to grow their businesses with the company’s products.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns
• Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have
•Participate in Sales strategy plan of division along with Area Manager.
•Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing the marketing strategy.
•Coordinate operations and administrations work.
•Ensure schedules and objectives are met
•Supervise and motivate staff and achieve sales target.
•Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
•Create reports, analyze and interpret data to create seasonal promotions.
•Drive recruitment process and training & development.
•Providing first- class customer service
•Translating reports in case of incidents.
• Provide help, support and guidance to tourists and act as the frontline representative of the holiday company.
• Ensure that all customers have a memorable and enjoyable holiday
• Providing first-class customer service and making sure that every tourist’s experience provides full value for money.
• Organizing welcome meetings for guests and providing a brief overview of local amenities, attractions and activities.
• Selling and organizing tours and excursions.
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving problems as and when they arise.
• Achieving monthly and annually sales target.
• Translating reports in case of incidents.
• Introducing tourists to Egypt’s unique and popular attractions such as temples, tombs, museums, mosques and monasteries

• Play the role of a cultural ambassador, offering commentary and interesting titbits of information, which will allow visitors to fully experience and enjoy the Egypt’s social, cultural and historical highlights.

• Planning and organising tours around a certain area of interest.
