Co-ordination of the validation of new and existing manufacturing/packing processes, new equipment/services, associated cleaning of product contact equipment, and revalidation of existing processes and maintenance of validation records for the manufacturing site to GMP standard.
Ensures validation is delivered on time to support product introductions/launches and any regulatory requirements are met either as a result of license activity or site audit.
Validation protocol/report generation and approval with full agreement of key stake holders.
Maintenance of validation system ensuring all processes, equipment and services validation remains current, to GMP standard and records fully available to support this at audit or for any license submission.
Ensure that validation reports are produced and authorized to agreed timelines.
