•Participate in a resolution of those incidents that cannot be resolved quickly by the help desk or by designated technical support groups in order to restore the service in an acceptable time frame.
•Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Risk Management, Business Continuity and Information Security.
#Participate in the BCM program to to ensure limited business interruption to critical business operations, services and assets.
#Conducting high and detailed levels of business impact analysis for the whole company business units and functions to identify business risks and exposure to identify and address operations and strategic priorities and inter-dependencies in planning business continuity and disaster recovery.
