* Compiling Home Information Packs.
* Pointing out a properties best features to buyers and answering their questions.
* Advising clients on which properties to buy or let.
* Writing up tenancy agreement contracts.
* Commercial awareness and a good feel for the property market
Meeting the clients and promoting the product.
Do the experiment in front of the clients and let them test the materials used in the test.
Follow up & Collect the payments and record them in the accounting database.
Sales visits and meetings, site inspection to choose required solutions.
Deal with the inquires - prepare the offers and tenders.
