• RF Optimization (Electrical and Mechanical Tilting, re-azimuth,
P-CPICH optimization, CE expansion study, adding/removing
neighbors, new sites and changing antenna type suggestion)
• SC planning for new sites
• Neighbor list defining for new sites
• 2G/3G/LTE drive test technical support
Management Responsibilities:
• Manages all phases of DT project to ensure client (Huawei)
satisfaction
• Supervises and coordinate professional and technical staff
• Establish performance measures, goals, and priorities
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and by
due date
• Prepares regular progress, project status and problem
resolution reports
• Monitors time and expenditures to ensure project and budget
meet established target
• Follow up acceptance and invoicing with the client (Huawei)

• Drive test using TEMS Investigation
