• Managing co-ordination with Client and Consultant and working groups which engaged in project work.
• Detailed project planning and control including:
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
• Tenders stage, study of new projects and determine the project cost value.
• Quantity surveying.
• Preparing the Program of work and project management and planning to cover critical path and arrange all site requirements (sub contractor, suppliers, and materials) according to program of work.
• Preparing and submit the monthly payments to consultant & client.
• Follow up the program of work and coordinate between sub contractors.
• Handling the correspondences to both the client and the consultant.
• Initial and final handing over and project settlement.
