As a Senior Civil Engineer (Road package manager) Roads - Parking construction in AL Rayyan stadium & Precinct PROJECT.

Responsibilities:
• Following - start getting the approval of (Method statement - ITP - Inspection checklist - material approval submittal) with the client as required as per project specification and QCS2014.
• The Sources/Plants approval by visiting - taking samples - testing required as per QCS 2014 and project specification / Doing moke-up for our activity.
• Make sure that all team pre-qualified to (Safety induction - Health card -Insurance of workers ... as per project specification)
• Start the activity according to shop drawing approved from the client.
• Start the activities as per the planning dates and we should get the targets as per progress plan including inspection approval as per the approved ITP.
• DPR submitted as required.
• Material preparation & delivery for each activity as required.
• Finally make sure that we have achieved the progress as per project plan.
• Training my team to understand full procedure to getting the job approved (Safety - Quality - Time - Cost).
• Monitoring all team and equipments full time to doing the maximum progress safely and less cost.
• Finally we are getting inspection with WSP for each activities for road works (subgrade preparation - Subbase preparation - prime coat spraying - Asphalt base course laying - Tack coat spraying - Asphalt wearing course - Road marking for all parking and Roads).
• For each activities we have testing as required -FDT- Field CBR- Core cutting - levels to be checking with Surveyor third party - all coordinations with QC team and client to getting approval.

1. PART (1) Targets/Objectives set to be achieved.

As per my scope we have target to be achieve as per our plan dates on Al- Rayyan Stadium & Precinct Project, mentioned below:

A- Asphalt Roads layers (subgrade 300mm - Subbase 150mm - prime coat - Base Course 90mm - tack coat - Wearing Course 50mm) = 127000 m2.
B- Pavers interlock = 60000 m2.
C- Kerbstone for parking and roads = 23500 m2



2- PART (2) as a part of the project I was responsible for VVIP AREA-1 car parking construction for same project.

As per my scope we have target to be achieve as per our plan dates on Al- Rayyan Stadium & Precinct Project, mentioned below:
• 109 Nos of car park shade foundation for VVIP parking.
• 35 NOS of CCTV foundation.
• 97 Nos of light pole foundation.
• Storm water manholes and connections network.
• Fire and potable water manholes and connections network.
• Foul water manholes and connections network.
• 11KV excavation and laying by electrical team then backfilling.
• LV cable excavation and duct banks crossing in asphalt area and connections with light pole foundations to Substations.
• Irrigation main line excavation for landscape activities - Distrubution Chambers.



(+1 year+ 8 months) 12/2016 till 7/2018 (QATAR). (Infrastucture).

Project: ALWakra Bypass Road (P015) PROJECT - 11.5 KM highway with 5 Interchanges.

Owner: IA - ASHGHAL (Public Works Authority).

As a Senior Civil Engineer in ALWakra Bypass Road (P015) PROJECT.
Responsibilities:

AL-Jozor AL-Arabia Trading and Contracting Company - Aswan Trading and Contracting.
Project: ALWakra Bypass Road (P015) PROJECT - 11.5 KM highway with 5 Interchanges.
Main Contractor: LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED
Owner: IA - ASHGHAL (Public Works Authority).

As a Project Engineer (Highways) in ALWakra Bypass Road (P015) PROJECT.


Responsibilities:
• Responsible for construction of highway earthworks Cut & fill on layers.
• Responsible for excavation of bridges foundation in this project.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Team player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Responsible for Mobile Crusher of materials of this project.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Good report writing skills for submission of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis and recommendation proposals for improvement works.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Project: REPAIRS OF WHARVES AND JETTIES AT MESAIEED PORT PROJECT.
Main Contractor: STFA Marine Construction Company.
Owner: Qatar Petroleum (QP).

As a Civil Inspector at REPAIRS OF WHARVES AND JETTIES AT MESAIEED PORT PROJECT.
Work at Genaral Cargo Terminal Berth 9 & 10 and Small Boat Harbour, Berth 6 and QAPCO SHUTDOWN in (berth 19) on (25-2 to 30-3).

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of the concret quality of all works types (Cope beams & Deck slabs replacemaent works) in the project according to specifications of QP.
• Inspection of concret materials and Slumps, Temp … etc.
• Checking plans, drawings approved by QP.
• Ensuring that all materials used approved as per specifications.
• Quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Inspection of testing the quality of concret (flexture strength, Compresive strength after 7, 28 days).
• Inspection of installation of cylinderical fenders.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Responsible for Asphalt Mixers of these projects.
• Preparing reports as required.

• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Preparing reports as required.
