1-full awaring with fabrication and erection sprinkler system (pendent &upright &sidwall) by using grooved system or threaded or welding system, and coordination with HVAC and electrical departments before pipes installation.
2-Erection landing valves, siames inlet connection and roof outlet connection and zone control valve (temper swish, gate valve and test drain).
3-Installation FM200, Co2 and FHC and all accessories.

1- Fabrication and erection the vertical and horizontal tanks including on the ladders and stairs, Determination the location of the nozzles on the tanks.
2-Fabrication and erection al lsize pipes (cutting, chamfering, fitting up, welding and painting).
3-Fabrication and erection sid wall ducts, float ducts, socket plate ducts and intallation all the blowers in saint goban glass egypt factory.
4-Responsiple for inspection of raw materials and visual inspection of welds metal speciment according to AWS specification A5.1, A5.5.
5-Very good knowledge to visual inspection for the tanks and pipes such as plumness, peaking, banding, roundness, fit up, alinment, slearances and welding.
6-Maintains Control and update all welding procedures specification (WPS) and welding Qwalification Records(PQR) in accordance to the latest copany standards, international relevant codes.
7-Carrying out activities (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) according to project specs& NDT scope requirement.
8-Very good knowledge ISO 9001 and applying all documents such as flow chart, inspection test plane, time scheduale, mane power list, equipment list, weakly progress, inspection report, non confomity report, corrective action, customer satisfaction, callibration plane, project problems.
9-Managment the coordination between the safety and construction function to ensure the implementation of the company"s safety plan at the sites.
1-monitoring welder"s performance (welder"s test, qualification, identification calculation repair rate for aech one ) ensure only qualified welders are performing.
2-Participate in preparing welding &NDT procedures according to codes&specs (ASME IX, API 650, API 11.4 D1.1).
3- Check for fit up (clearance, allowances, dimentions, alignments).
4-Check for intern cleaning, distortion control, welding current, votage, chipping, grinding, and gouging.
5-Ensuring the QC activities are incorporated with the overall construction plane fabricaetion, erection, welding, quality control of piping system& tanks &steel structure and the ducts.
Advices and recommends and approves all WPS for all related welding application works.
Coordination beween all projects and folow up the QC activity.
1- Witness and supervise hydro test proceeding of piping loops, risers, penumatic tests.
2-Construction and inspection of reinforcement after final intallation as per approved drawing.
3-Assembly and inspection the steel structure.
4-following up technical submittals the roports which related to materials.
5-Awaring with all manufacuring steps of installation the insulated phase buses (IPB) such as grinding, chamfering, fitting up, welding and painting.
1- Fabrication and erection the steel structure in the millitary workshop.
2-Applying the millitary orders quickly and achieeving high progress.
3-Aleading the productive works to high quality.
4-Inpection of the repair works during construction.
1- Carrying out NDT activities(RT, MT, PT, VT, UT) according to project specs.
2-Monitoring welder" performance qualification (welder test).
3-Check for fit up(clearance, allowance, dimention, aligment and visual inspection).
4-Ensure the quality control activitites incorporated with the all construction plan(fabrication, erection, welding, quality control of piping systems, tanks, steel structure and ducts..
Macking non destructive testing by using ultrasonice for the welds, firest doing the dac curve on the adivice and move the sensor by ossilation moves to discovery the defects.
macking visual inspection tesing about the welds (dimention, alignment ,spacement,root cap,assembly the valve ansd flanges)
macking the magnetice test for the welding to discovery the defects till thichness 6mm in the steel , AC uock , DC uock are the divices uses by using irron pouder .
Radiographic testing for the welds are using Gama rayes and x-rayes,to dicovery the defects in the thicness steel
