Provide legal advice to the company’s different departments
and branches. And act as the central contract administrator for
Beyout Investment Group (BIG) and provide contract
management services to 7 branches in 7 countries.
• Engage periodically with the members of the top management
to discuss the business opportunity and algin with the
company’s objectives.
• Utilize and apply the legal tech in my daily workflow regarding
applying regulations, reviewing, archiving and amending the
documents.
• Work closely with the corporate internal and external divisions,
managers and chiefs. Conduct interpretation to the terms and
conditions and articulate compliance.
• Communicate with the local and international clients to
facilitate the contractual process and negotiate contract terms
with internal and external business partners.
• Liasing with the corporate law firms and coordinate, assist and
pursue any legal procedure required in litigation.
• Have a decent experience in US government contracts,
especially the US Army.
• Drafting and revising contracts, which may include preparing
documents for tenders along with the specialized personnel
and manage a volume of contract serving the oil and gas
sectors.
• Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with
the legal department as needed.
• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records and
prepare up-to date legal research.
• Create language standards, establishing contract terms and
conditions including service levels, fees and financial obligation
in addition to templates for existing and new contracts.
• Maintain a moment-to-moment update, edit or review to the
contracts using the designated contract management system.
