Execute project work schedules and manage and coordinate site installation and engineering teams.

Make survey, flow the installation, make Commissioning for the Devices and Make acceptance with the customer.
Install and commission new equipment and perform hardware and software upgrades ensuring minimum impact on services.
Responsible for the acceptance of new systems, the expansion of the existing services and evaluation of new equipment and systems.
Responsible for the coordination of the staff performing rack installation/infrastructure wiring.
Perform transmission engineering work required including Implementation, commissioning, operation & maintenance for Siemens Equipment like (SMA1K R3.3, SMA-4, SLD16, SMA16 S4.2, SL64-3.3, hiT7035, hiT7030, hiT7060, hiT7050CC, hiT7050FP1, hiT7070DC, hiT7070SC, hiT 7080, and DWDM Equipment hiT 7300)
Experienced in acceptance testing with customers, and very much familiar with test equipment's (DWDM spectrum analyzer, SDH/PDH analyzers), Power Meters, Light source, and Optical attenuators.
Made a lot of Night Shifts to add Network Element to Ring or remove it, upgrade software & upgrade STM-x Level.
Team leading and control in site to improve max efficiency and max quality to customer in min time .

Site Engineering survey and preparation for installation documents for SDH transmission equipments; Site survey for Etisalat Project (Transmission SDH, WDM equipments 1678 MCC and 1696 RODAM).
Site survey for T.E. Project (Transmission SDH, WDM equipments 1660, 1662 and 1696 RODAM).
