- Project Manager for 3G, U900 & LTE Implementation all over Cairo.
- Responsible for 3G, U900 & LTE implementation plan to achieve the monthly target of On-Air sites.
- E2E Quality and KPIs assurance after implementing LTE in the requested area.
- Troubleshooting and handling complaints affecting network KPIs raised by optimization teams.
- Interface with other teams from radio and optimization perspective to assure for the best implementation solution without causing any degrading on KPIs or losses in the RF signal to enhance user experience.
- Decision maker for any E2E required fast decision during the implementation plan to assure the smoothly 3G, U900 & LTE execution.
- Responsible for E2E trails implementations and testing.
- Following up on the project execution steps, action points follow up, escalations, vendor management in case of violations, HW/SW delivery, and acceptance procedure.
- Responsible for creating an E2E dashboard overview for the project status on Q bases to the upper management.
- Deal with NEC and Ericsson to implement transmission alignment.

Handling most of the RAN activities within the RAN support function, Including parameters, work orders execution, configuration management actions, implementation of frequency plans and quality monitoring & troubleshooting.
 Performing all functional acceptance tests for all RAN network elements with the supplier for any new network element.
 Responsible for 2nd line support for field teams during incidents handling or network modifications activities.
 Implement all RAN Software upgrades and corresponding fix releases delivered by the supplier.
 Handle all RAN WOs within the Access Network Support team received from RAN optimization & engineering teams.
 Checking daily QoS KPIs via the performance management tools for radio or quality problems.
 Participating in RAN important projects like frequency plans, new services launch.
 Preparing weekly reports about the RAN network health status.
 Handling L3 support tickets with vendors & field teams.
 Assuring with all involved teams when requested to add any new technology elements after the phase of deployment.
 Fulfilling special assignment from other domain or entities like technology operations.
 Perform on-site support for all interventions done by different teams “internal /external”.

Supervision for Orange Egypt, France and Cameron cores “SDM and Legacy SSP and RCP”
 Supervision for Vodafone Qatar core “SDM”.
 Supervise the day to day operations of the NOC and provide guidance to the team.
 Participate in the monitoring and on site activity with the team.
 Effectively utilize the team to ensure 100% on-time service to meet the target SLA’s.
 Document problems using daily reports and keep track of escalation of outstanding problems and continue follow-up until they are resolved.
 Responsible to supervise, install, dismantle and transfer spare parts from and to warehouse.
 Ensure the NOC supports Orange and its services with great response time, high availability and proper communication.
 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by TAC manager.

 Lead 3 teams based in Cairo, Alexandria, and the Red Sea area.
 Handle any technical problems either physical and/or connectivity problems.

 Survey, supervise, and create designs for implementation of cell towers in order to be routed.
 Site Acquisition. (eg. Working with the contractual team in order to obtain a specific site)
