• Handling supplier payment transfer and making sure that it is done on time.
• Reporting to top management about all new government rules, regulations and shipping information.
• Coordinating with shipping agents and custom clearance offices to clear the imported and exported goods smoothly.
• Ensures the utilization of cost effective logistics to enable timely customs clearance and inland transport of goods and Negotiation and monitoring of freight rates
• Ensures that insurance covers for imported goods have been arranged on time.
• Provides all documentation like customs clearance, export documents, inspections, exit forms, etc. to account department to update the cost and price effectively.
• Supervising the administration work like renewal of commercial registration, Chamber of commerce, Municipality license, General organization of social insurance, Zakat certificate, staff work license, staff IDs and Health insurance
• Supervise efficient working of staff and maintain smooth work flow

Job Role: Banking/Finance/ credit specialist
• Evaluating in house credit deals and coordinating with banks and finance companies in Oman and UAE for the external finances and payments collection.
• Manage the system of credit scoring in an attempt to manage the credit policy effectively and extend credit to creditworthy customers.
• Grading customers against specific criteria to determine whether to receive credit or not.
• Monitoring accounts receivables through analytical tools such as Aging Schedule in conjunction with receivables and their evaluation
• Follow-up payments collection from banks and customers.
• Reviewing payment collection performance depending on company collection targets.
