•Provide customer service and take care of the shop in all necessary needs(replenishment, stock arrangement...)
•Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within available tool.
•Responds to inquiries via live chat, email, incoming and outbound calls.
•Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting and sales skills.
•Learns and Conducts product demonstrations via GoToMeeting and in-person.
-•Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
•Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
•Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

My work as a whole could be described in helping people finishing governmental or non-governmental paper work.
