The position welcomes Guests to the facility and ensures that they are informed about the shows, attractions, facilities and services.
The position is responsible for selling tickets and promoting other products and services.
The position provides help and assistance at the Information Point, and is also responsible for ensuring the Guests leave the facility at the end of the day.
The position works closely with other departments to ensure maximum Guest satisfaction.
Approaching guests.
Greeting them.
Handling complaints.
Refunds.
Selling and convincing.
Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
Board/deplane flights and escort passengers to and from aircraft as needed, includes pushing wheelchairs and assisting other passengers with additional needs.
Comply with all safety procedures and airline procedures.
Provide accurate gate, flight arrival and departure information, as well as answer general inquires.
Greet customers warmly and ask how to help // Listen attentively and solve customer's problems // Record and deliver messages // Proofread messages and sort mail.
