1- Over-all supervision of the three maintenance sections, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument, in the
power plant of a uniform and well-organized system of maintenance management planning and works
control, equipment preventive maintenance, maintenance tools and consumables control, equipment
spare parts control and monitoring, and equipment history cards control.
2- Preparation of the "Maintenance Activities Program" in daily coordination with the various Maintenance
Groups and Shift leaders till the PAC.
3- Daily review of the "Daily Maintenance Activities Program" in daily coordination with the Operations
Charge Engineer and all Senior Maintenance Engineers of the Company.
4- Review of each maintenance section's requisition of spare parts, tools, consumables, and others which
are to be used in the Maintenance Department of the Company.
5- Coordinate with the warehouse Section and Planning Engineer of the Company regarding the continuous
availability of spare parts and consumables to ensure a high degree level of equipment maintenance
6- Insure of the strict observation of the plant's safety rules and regulations by all.
7- Responsible to direct and supervise the Operation organization until of RPP # 12 Block#2 Combined cycle.
8- Coordinate with SEC (Owner) operation team and Grid Control.
9- Ensure that Operation and Maintenance are carried out in accordance with the CCPP12 Safety Rules and
in Safe manner.
10- Report the Incident / Event / Failure Reports of systems and/or equipment by ensuring that Facts are
correctly and completely reported to Project management.
11- monitor the implementation of the CCPP12 Project Commissioning Safety Rules and advice of any
problems that may arise

1‐ Responsible to direct and supervise the Operation organization until the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC)
Of the simple cycle and BOP.
2‐ Represents the contractor with regard to all technical and safety Issues related to the Operation
of simple cycle and BOP Operation/CTA.
3‐ Coordinate with SEC (Owner) operation team and Grid Control
4‐ Coordinate the various Operations, Commissioning & Maintenance groups.
5‐ Supervise the work of the Shift Charge Engineers and CTA Lead Engineer.
6‐ Supervise the work of Clearance And Tagging Authority CTA.
7‐ Ensure that Operation and Maintenance are carried out in accordance with the CCPP12 Safety Rules and in
Safe manner.
8‐ Review and approve the Incident / Event / Failure Reports of systems and/or equipment by ensuring that
Facts are correctly and completely reported.
9‐ Liaise with the SEC/PB (Owner/Consultant) at site regarding fuel/ water supply, power generation network
access and all other services to be provided by the Owner for Operation.
10‐ monitor the implementation of the CCPP12 Project Commissioning Safety Rules and advice of any
problems that may arise
11‐ Monitor all O&M activities ensuring both technical satisfaction and safe conduct.

1-PROJECT : Qurrayah combined cycle
• Power plant project “C” The project consists of 15 HRSG Vertical type ( exhaust flow gases from 15 gas turbine GE frame 9FE and control system is Mark Vie) + 5 steam turbine GE + Demin &remin water plant +Hypocolorinatin plant …..etc
• Block #6 the project consists of 3 gas turbine GE frame 9FE and control system is Mark Vie+ 3 HRSG Vertical type+ steam turbine GE. Period: Since 14/10/2012 until now.

2- PROJECT : Riyadh Power plant #10(PP 10) block “C-1” 8 gas turbine frame (7EA) + BOP

 Period: Since 4/6/2012 until 14/6/2012.

• 2 Gas Turbines V94.3A, 250 MW (SIEMENS). TELEPERM XP control System
• 1 Steam Turbines, 250 MW (HITACHI). MARK (VI) control system.
• 2 Heat Recovery Steam Generation (CMI SKODA - BELGIUM )
• 1 Water Treatment Plant (Demi and Potable) and water intake.
• The plant is controlled via EMERSON -WDPF DCS control system.

- Job description:
- testing and protection engineer for SIPROTEC - Numerical Protection Devices of generator, transformer, medium voltage and high voltage substations (since 15/9/2009)
- Maintenance of Generator, Excitation system and static frequency converter (SFC) of SIEMENS gas turbine generators.
- Testing of 6.3 KV medium voltage and high voltage SF6 Circuit breakers ( DC resistance and C.B analyzer )
- Testing of Power Transformers, , Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers and Distribution Transformers
- Uninterrupted power supply (UPS), batteries chargers, Batteries maintenance and DC Switchgear.
- Maintenance of motors, MCC and load center.
- GIS tests (SO2 - HF -Dew point).
- Contact resistance measurement for CB.
- DC resistance measurement for transformer.
- All maintenances for batteries.
