As a Program Manager at Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) in Emirates, Saudi Arabia (March 2015 - January 2017), I spearheaded the expansion of branches across the Gulf Area, including Dubai and KSA Western Area. Responsible for overseeing diverse projects with budgets, encompassing various types and sizes of facilities, including pools, gym halls, and playgrounds. With a project budget of 70 Million Ryals, I assumed leadership and ensured its completion, receiving a sign-off letter. Responsibilities included strategic analysis, planning, and control, as well as overseeing purchasing activities to maintain material flow. Rigorous implementation of standard operating procedures and utilization of Primavera Risk solution facilitated efficient project scheduling and resource management, mitigating risks and maximizing profitability.
As a Project Manager at Fahd Al-Hammady Co. FAHCO in Saudi Arabia, I initiated as a Site Manager, demonstrating exceptional performance and earning successive promotions to Site Manager/Project Manager. Successfully executed the installation of a New Water Pipe Network (110 - 160 - 225 - 300 - 900 DIAS) and valve chambers across 12 villages in KSA, within a budget of 32 Million Ryals, receiving sign-off upon completion. Responsibilities encompassed translating technical drawings into construction processes, conducting surveys for pipeline profiles, and closely monitoring project progress through metric data analysis. I fostered strong relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and regulators, ensuring contractual compliance and obtaining necessary government licenses. Additionally, I managed quality control activities, resolved disputes, and coordinated contract changes, demonstrating adept problem-solving and leadership skills throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Site Manager at Fahd Al-Hmady Co. FAHCO in Saudi Arabia, I led the construction of 2 Elevated Water Tanks in Hafr Al-Baten, KSA, with a project budget of 10 Million. Responsibilities included coordinating with technical teams to ensure project rollout, management systems, and process enhancements aligned with project scope, time, and budget constraints. I managed procurement activities, soliciting quotations from suppliers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring uninterrupted operations. Additionally, I provided authoritative interpretation of project requirements, conducted inspections, and supervised subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards. Liaison with authorities facilitated successful project outcomes.
Managed a $3 million mosque project in Egypt, overseeing all civil and on-site activities, coordinating between office and site operations. Orchestrated procurement of materials, ensured quality control and safety compliance, and provided administrative support for project execution. Additionally, gained 2 years of training during university for building residential blocks in Egypt under government auspices.
