Resposibilities:
• Plan tender reviews and submittal deadlines according to the EMAS AMC procedures and Customer requirements.
• Develop clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc.
• Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
• Determine, in collaboration with Proposal Specialist, physical format for tender, including cover set, tabs.
● Drafting and Finalizing the contract and then signing ang unloading to SAP
In charge of purchasing for many companies at different times - Group Central
Procurement.

Jersey Engineering & Trading - It specializes in techno-commercial sales of products for HVAC requirements ranging from Ventilation Fans to District Cooling Air-conditioning Equipment, represent global brands such as McQuay International for Air Conditioning equipment, SPC for Dehumidification applications, Dynair for Ventilation equipment, AAF for filtration solutions
Qatar Insulation - represent ‘Green’ Insulation Products like KIMMCO Fiber Glass and Rockwool Insulation Armacell Nitrile Rubber Insulation
Jersey Maintenance - provide and repair Isolators, Chillers, Air Conditioning
Jersey Industrial Solution - for energy management for utilities and consumers with brands like Landis+Gyr, Duraline, etc.
Resposibilities.
• Determine and develop appropriate sources of supply.
• Deliver cost reduction targets set for Divisional (value for money) activity.
• Ensure that commodity strategies are communicated, applied and updated.
• Increase the value year on year of materials/services sourced and understand the benchmark global commodity cost.
• Deliver against the Group Supply Chain Management plans and objectives.
• Generate the monthly reports on capital expenditure, overdue orders, buyers workload to present it to the Management.
• Maintain continuous in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry trends and developing technologies.
• Receive requisitions electronically and check details in order to determine. the required suppliers and delivery requirements and policies.
• Create and manage orders and contracts.
• Assist with determining alternative suppliers to replace absolute products.
• Maintain contact with vendors to stay current with trends, technologies, products and services.
• Assisting finance team to open Letter of credits for the group.
• Regular follow up with vendors to ensure smooth flow of work and on time delivery.
