Key tasks and responsibilities
- Developing a project management plan, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, and stakeholders’ management plans.
- Directing and managing all work for the project. Selecting, developing, and managing the project team. Take action on securing necessary procurements. Performing all aspects of managing quality.
- Monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes. Controlling the scope, cost, and quality of deliverables.
- Architecture Design & Supervision.
- Responsible of designing public buildings, such as healthcare buildings, schools and commercial buildings, private villas and residential buildings.
- Preparing 3D Renders.
- Quantity Surveying, Preparing shop drawings, BOQs and Cost Estimate.
