Responsibilities
• Supervising over construction activities and making sure it copes with the planned schedule
• Prepare & issue of ITP, WPS and job specific procedures (if any) for different Contracts.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors for performing DE/NDE as per requirements for various Contracts.
• Co-ordinate with Clients for clearing designated inspection points as per ITP for different Contracts.
• Review and approve all Inspection reports prepared by in-house Inspectors & sub-contractors.
• Review and approve heat treatment charts and refractory dry out charts.
• Supervise all inspection activities to be carried out according to ITP for different contracts.
• Ensure retention of quality records as applicable for various Contracts.
• Prepare & Issue the heat treatment instruction as per approved design specifications and drawings, where applicable.
• Maintain records for qualified welders (WQTR), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
