Manage bank's Enterprise Architecture Roadmap Process, ensuring planned target architecture work collectively to maximize Bank's IT investment. Responsible for managing the IT Roadmap including oversight of IT System and Solution Architects adherence to enterprise architecture standards. Focuses across the portfolio of projects and enterprise operations engaged with architecture, while supporting individual system or solution architects in that portfolio.
Provide consistent, best practice technical leadership including development of solutions across banking cards and payment systems. Act as the subject matter expert across the bank cards and payment systems. Explaining highly technical ideas, roadmaps and deliverables to non-technical stakeholders. Implemented, customize, support and work on a number of critical payments systems with technical leadership skills collaboratively with business, architectural & design and technical teams to produce feasible design solutions.
Implement many successful card payment projects for regional banks (Kuwait Finance House, Emirates NBD, Blom Bank, Ethiopia Dashen Bank, Asia Universal Bank)
