• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in cooperation with accounts receivable / billing department including ensuring resolution of billing issues, reconciling billing and payment for company services, and collections.
• Generate, maintain and distribute all required reports to the related partners.
• Own and manage the process of how to raise billing related queries, ensuring all business areas are fully informed and follow the correct communications process making appropriate decisions as and when required.
• Ensure all IT Billing related systems have design and configuration updated and delivered in a timely manner to the business users.
Oversee the end to end processes for all systems from raising the request to run the bill cycle to its completion and validation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Arrange appropriate training and support to the business team related to any added functionalities or features or modified behavior within the billing system.
• Effectively manage a team, demonstrating skills in communication, organization, resource planning, coaching, performance management and personal development planning.
• Assume responsibility for timely and accurate billing cycle generation according to the set guidelines and SLAs.
• Be the primary contact person for all billing issues that arise from daily operations and related improvement projects and will work to ensure that any negative impact to timely and accurate billing are identified and resolved in responsive manner.
• Contribute, as part of the project team, to the development and the rollout of the revamped Billing Operations within the organization to cover the Enterprise and Consumer business units by providing Billing System enhancements, data clean up and billing statistics, and, when necessary, advise the executive team on matters that need escalation when appropriate.
• Engage in vendor management like Oracle Financial Suite regarding evolved requirements from the business team or related modifications or upgrades.
• Cooperate with the Enterprise and Consumer Business Units to promote ‘best practice’ processes and a streamline work organization to create the optimal foundation to build efficient billing services operations.
• Ensure and validate, with the business team, the development of the relevant Change Requests (CRs) which are deemed critical to the Bill Cycle with the proper follow up till production deployment.

• E-Matrix: the Enterprise port inventory system which communicates directly with the customer ports to speed up the activation and suspension cycles with a full integration.
• QMS: Quality Management System is a web based system that automates cycles between TE Data Quality Assurances teams and the call center members, to facilitate the scoring sheet process and the feedback for those sheets, and then it provides different statistical reports.
• SFA : Sales Force Automation (Ver. 2) which automate the sales process starting from customer communication \[leads and activities\], introduce offer to customers and presales cycles between sales team and presales team.
• FA: Fixed Assets system which manages items depreciation, sales, reevaluation and retirement.
• AR: Account Receivable system which manage customer invoices, receipts and JV entries and report customers balance, aging and provision.
• I was delegated by TellySoft Company in TE-Data to design and maintain web and desktop applications for Account Receivables and Fixed Assets using C#.Net 2005, ASP.Net 2005, SQL Server 2005
• Responsible for the design and implementation of ERP Systems using Workflow, C#, VS 2008, .Net 3.5, SQL Server 2008, LINQ and Microsoft Entity Framework using both windows forms and ASP.NET for a company working in medical supplies provision
