- Safety/Health and Environment:
ensuring site ownership for SHE performance of everyone working under my portfolio.

- Planning and Stewardship:
1- Prepare capital budgets, Performance day data and risk assessments.
2- Risk Based work selection for items not covered in equipment strategies
3- Ensure that operation routines and safety audits are carried out
4- Ensure area production meets planning targets

Operation Plan:
1- Provide input to resolve unit limitation impacting the run plan
2- Provide process input in root cause analysis of incidents and equipment failures
3- Ensure plant equipment available to allow most efficient operation of units

Maintenance and Reliability:
1- Ensure that all actions are carried out according to agreed equipment strategies
2- Leads Risk-Based work selection on all work proposed outside of equipment strategies. Prioritizes work requests and works on daily basis with maintenance supervisor to meet maintenance plan

Responsible for Samref Work Permit System Admin. As follow:

1. Determines system resource requirements
2. Conducts Tier-I assessments to ensure system health
3. Monitors System activities and measurements for completion as planned
4. Ensure a process is in place to communicate and ensure understanding of responsibilities, accountability, and approval levels
5. Ensures continuous improvement activities are completed as planned

8. Keeps a file for the system verification and other system related correspondence

10. Support training, refresher course, and competence testing to all Samref employees and construction personnel, whose jobs are covered by the work permit system.
11. Update Work Permit procedures as needed \[considering users feedback, Incidents/ Accidents, Periodic monitoring, & Work Permit Audit (WPA)\]
12. Carry out ongoing review of all Safety Standard Procedures, which includes work permits. The review period shall be at least every three years.
13. Support Gas testing/Hazardous monitoring training.
14. Collect Ideas/Suggestion to improve Work Permit system.
