Review/ verifying the provided Projects Packages& identifying all drawing mistakes, missed material from MTO&to be submitted to ARAMCO for approval.
Request all contractor supply material on the ERP for procurement and make sure all required materials are requested early, to avoid any delay in the project.
Secure the required resources (manpower, equipment, tools…)
Follow up materials supplying for ARAMCO supply material & Contractor supply materials, and assure to be on site on time to avoid any project delay.
Follow up E&I scope execute.
