Support the selection process of CfW beneficiaries (supervisors and skilled/ unskilled workers) and undertake community outreach in coordination with the contractor/s
- Verify the selection of CfW beneficiaries in line with the predefined criteria,
- Provide support in operational and administrative issues in relation to the CfW beneficiaries such as facilitating between contractor/s and relevant authorities in securing CfW work permits
- Monitor the contractor/s in managing the CfW beneficiaries including training, compliance with the SOPs, labor standards etc.
- Supervise and review submissions for Contracts, Purchase orders, and related documents prior to final approval.
- Conduct field visits to oversee, coordinate and monitor field level activities of the project.
Researches and retrieves statistical data from internal and external sources; prepares statistical charts, tables and reports, extracting data from various sources.
•Follow up on deadlines, commitments made, actions taken and coordination of collection and submission of the reports assigned by the project manager.
•Compiles information for periodic audits
•Keep an updated and organized archiving of project documents
•File documents in physical and digital records and to maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information at site office in order to retrieve files as required.
•Manage the flow of documentation within the site office and uploading all submittals and input into the system.
•Maintain updated submittal logs, monitor the submittal schedule and status
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Support in preparing and organizing for project meetings on site.
•Ensure that all administrative tasks are done according to organizational procedures and internal processes on site
•Maintain presence at the three water points in Za’atari/Azraq refugee camp (including designated entry point for external trucks) during water supply operations.
•Monitor, accurately record and report quantities of water dispatched to the camp community from the water points of the camp.
•Perform random water quality tests on water coming into the camp, dispatched from the three water points, communal water tanks and household storage, and report any irregularities.
•Immediately report operational issues that affect or might affect the normal water distribution operations/water points.

affect the surrounding area of the water points.
Maintain presence at the entry and exit points of the dislodging trucks in Azraq refugee camp during working hours.
Inspect each dislodging truck exiting/entering the camp, to determine the volume of the loaded wastewater, plate number, sign vouchers as evidence etc.
Log all details of trucks entering and leaving the camp and details of each dislodging trip as per the standard recording and reporting templates.
Ensure that all septic tanks are dislodged according to the daily schedule.
Observe and record any contravention of the process by the dislodging contractor.
Observe and report any spillages, environmental issues or possible contamination sources arising from dislodging and discharging activities.
Respond to complaints received through the hotline and follow up on cases related to wastewater.
Monitor, accurately record and report the amounts of wastewater dispatched at Azraq/Za’atari Wastewater Treatment plant.
Correlate the amounts of wastewater inspected at truckload inspection station with the amount of wastewater collected.
Perform random water quality tests as required.
Report any environmental issue that affect or might affect the surrounding area of the water points.
Oversee the work of Syrian Cash-for-Work who are assisting in water monitoring activities.
Trace samples of water delivery to the district checkpoints and at filling points on block level and household level.
Observe and report all damages or faults of water tanks, pipeline, and other water supply structures in the camp.
Observe and report solid waste collection volumes and standards in the camp.
- Report any environmental issue that affect or might affect the surrounding area of the water points.
- Maintain presence at the entry and exit points of the dislodging trucks in Azraq refugee camp during working hours.

- Inspect each desludging truck exiting/entering the camp, to determine the volume of the loaded wastewater, plate number, sign vouchers as evidence etc.
- Log all details of trucks entering and leaving the camp and details of each desludging trip as per the standard recording and reporting templates.
- In emergency cases, WSA should monitor transfer of wastewater lorries/trucks to another.
- Ensure that all septic tanks are desludged according to the daily schedule.
- Observe and record any contravention of the process by the desludging contractor.
- Monitor the septic tanks and report any desludging practices, which might lead to wastewater contamination.
- Observe and report any spillages, environmental issues or possible contamination sources arising from desludging and discharging activities.
- Respond to complaints received through the hotline and follow up on cases related to wastewater.
- Monitor, accurately record and report the amounts of wastewater dispatched at Azraq/Za’atari Wastewater Treatment plant.
- Correlate the amounts of wastewater inspected at truckload inspection station with the amount of wastewater collected.
- Immediately report any operational issues that affect or might affect the normal desludging operations.
Roaming Patrol Activity:
