Prepare the requirements for the labs including consumables, spare parts and lab ware.
Ensure proper housekeeping for chemicals as per compatibility chart.
Prepare SOPs (standard operating procedures) for equipment.
Train the technical staff and project students on the equipment and the analytical procedures
Evaluate the technical staff based on the QA documents and general performance.
Evaluate the quotations received from the suppliers.
Manage the inventory for lab consumables twice a year.
Manage the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment as per the schedule.
Guide the technical staff about safety rules inside the labs.
Guide the technical staff for chemicals handling and waste disposal as per the HCT rules.
Update and find the new analytical procedures for analysis using ASTM or new research papers.
Supervise the safety disposable for the lab waste.
Ensure the correct safety labels on cabinets, doors and equipment of the labs.
Fill the QA documents
Prepare reports indicating statistics for all the services have been introduced by the labs
• Provide technical and application support to customers.
• Performed day-to-day product sales, marketing, and service activities.
• Identified and developed a new market for ATS products range.
• Followed up with client Post Sales to ensure satisfaction and on-going business.
• Maintained contact with customers and obtained follow up business.
