Working as a QA /QC Mechanical, Roads and infrastructure engineer along ACT for Sailiyah Signal corps camp project.
QA/QC Mechanical inspector at Qatar Rail Green line Metro Underground project.
QA/QC
Raise WIR according to the ITP and carry out inspections along with the Consultant representatives.
Inspections for the installation and testing of Domestic water line, Sanitary waste, Rainwater, CDP, Vent line, Fire water line, Chilled water line, Fresh air ducting, A/C ducting, Exhaust air ducting, Fan Coil Unit (FCU) etc.
Material Inspection of the incoming materials to ensure its compliance with specification & material submittals. And raise MIR for the inspection of the received materials and carry out inspection with the consultant.
Coordination with Main contractor for smooth operation on site.
Quantity take off for various MEP services - HVAC, Plumbing & Fire fighting.
Calculation and Analysis of quantity variations & Specification changes between new Engineers Instruction drawings and Previous IFC drawings
Pricing & preparation of BOQ corresponding to the variation take offs.
Assuring the compliancy of MEP installations with the shop drawings at each stage of installations.
Raising IRFs and carry out inspections according to the ITP along with the consultant representatives.
Closing out the non-compliant QANs.
Carry out various levels of walk down inspections and note the punch items.
Synchronization of walk down punches into server and notify the subcontractors.
Preparation of room charts and room packs.
Preparation of various transmittals to submit construction.
