Responsible for HVAC construction Activity for decked parking &shelters at Kuwait university in Shadadeea .

Reviewing payment for subcontractors as per approved checklist and submitting subcontracting payment to Quantity Surveyor
Submitting Progress of work updating Biweekly basis to Planning Engineer
Responsible for facility Management of Kharafi national facility at Mina Abdalla and sulibya central store and to maintain the following tasks and duties
1) Follow up PPM works Execution for all Electromechanical Assets(A/C& Pumps& shutter door& lifts &gates &DBs& MCCB&USP and confirming that’s All Assets in the standard level for working condition
2) Ensuring quality& safety standards and procedures(TWI 754) are implemented during Execution for Maintenance works and Variation order
3) Follow up with supervision the rehabilitation of civil work like painting internal or external &ceramic tiles changing carpentry work, Masonry work in order to maintain KN Bldgs with High standard image
4) Follow up with supervision cleaning level inside Bldg &toilets &External Yards and confirming that’s ALL waste pins are Empty’s on the regular basis by sub-contractor.
5) Follow up sewage removal and water supply to MAB and confirming that’s feeding water supply quality on Monthly Basis
6) Handing over all work related to Variation work And Service request to End Users After preparing the work order Through eAM Module and ensuring all the Executed works satisfied to The users
7) Preparing the Required ESD Request and follow up the Approval From ESD for the Drawings or Materials if its required before Work starting
8) Preparing the Inspection reports and follow up to finalize, and closing the reports which is done By office service

(1000 Ton Air coold Chillers Units replacement )
work Description
1)Supply and install. 5 No’s Air Cold Chiller 200 ton capacity each and removing existing chiller and entering new chiller to the service and maintain the setting of BMS.
2)Replacing the damaged parts of piping net work of the chilled water and hot water
3)Preparing the shop drawing based on the conception of design drawings of all required activity and submitting to the client for approvals
4)Preparing the required take off for all HVAC materials and following up with procurement department the technical offers for the supplier and finalizing the LPO and IPO
