• Provide first line handling of orders from customer; receive and process sales orders & ensure timely execution to fulfill customer demands.
• Ensure the Right goods reach the right customer at right time with right quantity.
• Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
• Act as key contact between customer, freight forwarders, and transporters with responsibility for smooth flow of goods & information.
• Update the WMS; ensure data accuracy, co-ordinate with the Quality Control team on matters of System and operational anomalies.
• Coordinating efforts with Top Management officials, Managers to give advanced consignment details to the clients.
• Carrying out research using various tools to determine discrepancies in Inbound/Receiving Operations.
• Researching and troubleshooting any issues or problems that might arise during Outbound Shipping operations.

• To schedule, allocate resources, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation and report regularly.
• Simultaneous Document Cross Verification for Loading / Unloading.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results
• Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks.
• Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost controls.
• Stock Replenishment - Expiries and Near Expiries (FIFO / FEFO).
• Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
• Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s and the infrastructure is utilized optimally.
• Monitors the warehousemen activities minutely and ensures capture of time taken and staff involved per transaction.
• Coordinates with the Stock Control Team for resolving discrepancies and non conformities materials.
• Ensuring product integrity by monitoring shipments and expiries.
• To investigate and identify potential client complaints and ensure data update is timely. To follow up on client complaints simultaneously to ensure their adequate closure
