The Education Abroad Program Officer (EAPO) works primarily in student affairs in the Education Abroad Department. The EAPO is responsible for all aspects of student apartments, transportation, visa and residency processes, equipment management and is involved in organizing and implementing extra-curricular programs, excursions, emergency assistance, maintaining files and databases, and communicating directly with students. S/he assists with maintaining student well-being, including serving as a cultural resource for adaptation into Jordanian society and addressing student concerns. he is available as a safe contact for students to ask questions
