HR Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection, induction and Onboarding.
- Air ticket booking and Hotel Reservation for Overseas Business Travellers.
- Administrating payroll, leave records, overtime records and maintaining all other records relating to
staff by updating and maintaining ERP HR & Payroll Module.
- Managing Control for 1500 Labors/ Staff and time Office management.
- Managing Drivers.
- General Admin. Tasks, e.g. working closely with departments, assisting line managers in
understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
- Administrating and following up on medical insurance applications, renewals and claims
processing.
- Recruiting staff; including developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking
application forms, interviewing and short-listing candidates.
- Providing basic counselling to staff with performance related obstacles.
- Providing staff orientations.
- Organizing staff training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinating and following up on processing and renewal of employment visas and labor card for
all staff.
- Coordinating with HR Manager to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.
- Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource
requirements and laws, conducting investigations & maintaining records, performing other related
duties as required.
- Prepared various payroll related reports which are incorporated in the monthly reports.
- Coordinated with HR Manager for any changes in the salary of an employee.
- Maintained confidential employee payroll records.
- Processed monthly payroll responsibilities such as employee new hires, terminations, promotions,
demotions, transfers, leave of absences, employment verification, bonuses, and sending to
accounts departments for processing.
