Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company, and ensure that it has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

Job Description:
-Managing and overseeing the operation & maintenance ( Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, civil, housekeeping, landscaping, and security services ) in the hospital, accommodation, and all annexed facilities.
-Monitoring the progress of works with emphases on the planned preventive maintenance
( P.P.M ) schedules given to all technical departments.
-Developing and implementing work rules related to operations standards upgrading and works executions efficiencies.
-Monitoring and controlling site expenditures to conform to project budget.
-Representing of the company in all official meetings and events that take place in Jeddah.
-Preparing the annual budget for the project and monitoring the progress of the work day by day.
-Preparing the documents and forms needed to submit monthly claim and following up coordinating with the Directorate of Health Affair.
-Sharing Tenders studying, evaluation and pricing.
-Setting policy and procedures in all departments according to international standards.

The Company was working in the production of vegetable oils ( the factory was under construction ) and my responsibilities were supervising of Construction of three Production line factories ( Margarine Production Factory, Fodder Production Factory, and Tin Cans Factory ) in addition to Supervising of Operation of Boilers Plant
