1. MA’ADEN Phosphate Company (MPC) - Reliability Electrical Engineer:

• Takes up detailed Technical Study Reports (TSR) and investigations to eliminate chronic issues and bad actors affecting electrical assets.

• Provides technical expertise for Electrical maintenance practices, standards and procedures. Assist in developing Predictive and Preventative Maintenance plans and procedures for all Electrical equipment.

• Conduct reliability evaluation of Electrical critical assets by monitoring and analyzing the operational data, maintenance records and equipment trends and recommend changes as appropriate in maintenance strategies.

• Lead/participates investigations into Electrical failures or incidents to identify root causes. Produce written reports documenting the failure, cause and preferred solution by which similar failures or incidents may be prevented.

• Communicates and coordinates with vendors and experts for study and recommendations on specific problems related to plant Electrical devices aging or other system performance problems.

• Monitors maintenance strategy and history in Oracle, analyses chronic failures and recommend right actions to all concerned groups to improve the system/asset performance.

• Field visits in relation to machinery health audits. Attend periodic meetings with plant operation and maintenance personnel to discuss chronic issues and bad actors resolution.

• Participates and ensure quality of jobs performed in turnaround and major shutdown maintenance activities. Review the scope of work for significant turnarounds during the planning stage.

• Provides technical assistance and trouble-shooting support to maintenance crew for major critical Electrical assets.

1. ASHOMCO, Operation Department, Electrical Engineer:

• Operation and control responsibly of two GE 7-EA Gas Turbines along with two Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG). And Analyze both filed and DCS readings and act accordingly to maintain operational excellence.

• Prepare daily shift reports, monthly performance reports and other operation related reports.

• Issuing permits, access certificates and dealing with permit system effectively. Lead and prepare switching sequence, isolation and normalization procedures.

• Ensure that shift-to-shift operational affairs are managed well to ensure 100% availability & production. And ensuring that work Computerized maintenance management system CMMS (Engica software) is up to date as per the site local requirements.

• Takes part in outage planning, which contains: switching sequence, isolation & normalization procedures, spare parts availability, issuing permits & access certificates and taking care of the administration and logistic requirement.

• Preparing performance reports for billing purposes to the host plant (Saudi Aramco) Hawiyah Gas Plant (HGP) by using Fuel Demand Model (FDM). Preparing Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) monthly reports to ensure safe and healthy operation.

3. ASHOMCO, Maintenance Department, Electrical Engineer:

• Perform several maintenance activities such as troubleshooting, Corrective, Preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Takes up detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to determine the root cause and eliminate the chronic issues affecting plant electrical assets.

• Participating in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies, along with the operation team.

• Requesting spare parts, materials and tools needed for the production machines and coordinating with the vendors regarding the delivered items.
