• Supervise the sales team activities to ensure that all activities are carried out, as per the company policies and
procedures through effective communication and monitoring. Full knowledge and usage of the dealerships controlling
Dealer Management Computer system is required.
• Always looking for opportunities and changes to the current processes for the good of the company and to suggest
these changes to your line manager for approval.
• Create solutions to cater to customers by making the sales and delivery process as smooth and convenient as
possible.
• Daily review of Sales Executive Achievement Vs. Target with Sales Supervisor
• Recognize SEs that are performing well and get them to share their best practices with the rest of the team
