● Perform financial analysis on Direct (US government) & Indirect (capitol) contracts valued up to $1M and ensure contracts are US government audit compliance as well as Raytheon business unit terms & conditions.
● Administer all contracts i.e: equipment lease, software & hardware for Raytheon Missile & Defense (RMD) and EIS indirect to ensuring contract requirements are met for commitments, changes, and invoicing.
● Maintain company's database for contracts that have lapsed lease and perform financial analysis whether the contract should be extended, ended or bought out.
● Liaise with program coordinators on aspects of project execution that deviate from the requirements of the contracts.
● Ensuring vendor relationship is maintained monthly by updating lapsed lease payments while pending for program decision whether to buy, end or extend the contract.
● Additional scope of work: helping teams meet and exceed KPI requirements. changing focus to urgent needs while maintaining customer satisfaction. Remedying invoicing issues with accounts payable and providing SAP help where needed.

○ Project clean up - Find resolution to leases that have lapsed; forecast for the upcoming leases; record monthly status of closed leases vs newly added. (200 active leases identified)
○ CORE - Adding departmental procedural efficiencies by introducing auto attachment Bot.
