● Perform financial analysis on Direct (US government) & Indirect (capitol) contracts valued up to $1M and ensure contracts are US government audit compliance as well as Raytheon business unit terms & conditions.
● Administer all contracts i.e: equipment lease, software & hardware for Raytheon Missile & Defense (RMD) and EIS indirect to ensuring contract requirements are met for commitments, changes, and invoicing.
● Maintain company's database for contracts that have lapsed lease and perform financial analysis whether the contract should be extended, ended or bought out.
● Liaise with program coordinators on aspects of project execution that deviate from the requirements of the contracts.
● Ensuring vendor relationship is maintained monthly by updating lapsed lease payments while pending for program decision whether to buy, end or extend the contract.
● Additional scope of work: helping teams meet and exceed KPI requirements. changing focus to urgent needs while maintaining customer satisfaction. Remedying invoicing issues with accounts payable and providing SAP help where needed.
● RAYTHEON PROJECTS:
○ Project clean up - Find resolution to leases that have lapsed; forecast for the upcoming leases; record monthly status of closed leases vs newly added. (200 active leases identified)
○ CORE - Adding departmental procedural efficiencies by introducing auto attachment Bot.
○ Pulse survey member - bringing departmental changes from bottom up; work life balance for employees; encouraging employee empowerment; betterment of training material & procedures; discuss hiccups in the current departmental processes across Raytheon and find solutions.
○ Confirmation Project - Consultant to Cadence team on purchase order confirmation; bring/discuss efficiencies in purchase order confirmation processes

• Creating change management in accordance with organizational goals by usage of E-catalog & its features, automating reporting, cost saving, fair market implementation, ARIBA, departmental process improvement, and maintaining KPI.
• Subject matter expert (SME) in Vendor management for North America.
• Certified ISO&TS Internal Auditor for Celanese, duties include but not limited to liaison between procurement and audit team, Audit internal departments across corporate Celanese in preparation to official external Audit. Performance Awarded 2018.
• Perform routine post-award management activities including PO acknowledgement, delivery status, expedites, risk mitigation, warehouse and accounts payable.
• Assisting commodity manager in an Investment recovery project of metal scrap ($63, 000/yearly recorded). Vendor contract negotiations, cost saving initiatives, creating & providing departmental training and supporting manufacturing across North America.
• Additional scope of work: Creating automation in departmental processes for more efficiency, supporting M&A’s, supporting manufacturing Turnarounds, providing cross-departmental training and supporting corporate IT and Capex projects.
• Contributed 80+ volunteer hours for various community outreach initiatives; completed BigBrotherBigSister (2years) program, acting as a communication chair for Youngs Professional (ERG) in Dallas

Assisted in the process of setting up “All American Inflatables” as a subsidiary of Lincoln Manufacturing. Involved in coordination with engineers to qualify the process of Baker Hughes Inflatable products i.e MPAS, ECP, THRU-TUBE, PIP & BLUE WHALES. (Approved by Baker Hughes in August 2015).
• Lead & Facilitate 26 person team in Kaizen for lean manufacturing processes improvement and implement 5S in two plants for more efficiency/organization. (certificates awarded for great ideas and process improvement).
• Over $5000 in savings was recorded for each order received from Baker Hughes due to competitive supplier bidding.
• Coordinated 20, 000 sq ft warehouse space for efficient order process flow, controlled/monitored/maintained 2000+ inventory items, scheduled cyclical reorder points. Liaison with QC department for proper receipt of items in compliance.

Liaison of job functions and activities with Weatherford engineers, receiving department, QA department and the logistics department in Abu Dhabi and US to prevent issues, mitigate problems, and ensure 2000+ successful items delivery within established and set deadlines per month.
• Evaluated 400+ North American suppliers based on competency, commitment, cash control, consistency, & communication to make sure they are meeting requirements of Weatherford. Over $25k saving recording quarterly.
• Maintained weekly report of items due delivery; keeping suppliers in constant contact to ensure proper documentation is provided for items going oversea. Facilitate weekly meetings with AD Manufacturing for any discrepancies & ordering.
• Improved cross department functions efficiently with finance department & logistics to ensure suppliers timely payment against invoices, completion of orders placed and closed out any discrepancy in the amounts/quantity.

Facilitated the process of approving steel mill for spend of $350k quarterly raw material for Drill Pipes, Drill collars, Heavy Weight Drill pipes, Kelly Bars & Down hole Accessories.
• Coordinated efforts with senior project manager for successful completion of the Internal coating plant. Project cost $3 million.
• Facilitated project of renovating office building improvement plan with savings of $20k; total project cost $350k.
• Write/review contracts with suppliers, steel mills, contractors, leasing agents.
• Review/improve/implement departmental procedures in accordance with ISO and API standards.
• Developed and managed a 300+ vendor list in accordance with Vallourec qualification process, ensuring suppliers meet the current and future objectives of the company. Maintained proper records for yearly Audit.
• Issued weekly order status reports; worked in conjunction with QC department for compliance receipt of raw material; issue/maintain records of Purchase Orders, performed safety audits.
